CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE

Capric acid (10 Carbon atoms) and caprylic acid (8-Carbon atoms) are medium-chain fatty acids. They are sourced from coconut and palm kernel oil to undergo esterification with glycerin to give us this emollient.  

Uses:

• Skin conditioning 
• Protect skin from transepidermal water loss (TEWL)
