Shipping policy


FREIGHT TERMS 

Askalite reserves the right to choose the freight carrier on prepaid shipments and charge a 20% service restocking charge on all orders not accepted for delivery due to incomplete or wrong address.

Orders returned to us due to incomplete address will incur a 20% restocking charge and the regular shipping price by the freight carrier, should you wish to have us try again. Once the package is returned for incomplete address, marked by postal services of the destination, we would need you to cover the cost of shipping to resend, even for orders within continental U.S.

If a package shows as Delivered by the shipping company, you would have to contact the respective company if you are unable to locate it. We can not be held accountable for a package we have successfully delivered. 

Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 48 hours. Those placed Saturday and Sunday are fulfilled the following Monday. We do not ship on the following major holidays:

  • New Years Day (January 1)
  • MLK Birthday (January 18)
  • Washington's Birthday (February 15)
  • Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
  • Juneteenth (June 19)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (July 4)
  • Columbus Day (Second Monday of October)
  • Veterans Day (November 11)
  • Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November) 
  • Day After Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day (December 25)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international order shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You will be able to see the estimated transit time at that point as well. You will be responsible for duties or taxes your country might impose on imported items. Further, the customs clearance time is unpredictable and one which we can not estimate for you. When placing an order, please note freight carriers don't necessarily put custom processing time into consideration and that additional delays may occur. In general, allow 7-21 days for international orders to arrive to you.


DAMAGE AND SHORTAGE POLICY

All shipments are packed with great care. Any damages or shortages (including latent damages) must be reported by to Askalite Customer Service within 48 hours of User’s receipt of shipment at customerservice@askaliteformula.com.


RETURNS, REFUNDS, DEDUCTIONS

Upon receipt, it is your obligation to inspect the shipment. You will be deemed to accept any shipment unless you notify us of any damages, shortages (including latent damages) or a return request. Returns, refunds or deductions will only be granted in accordance with our Return Policy. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obligated to accept any rejection of the goods in the shipment at a later date.
